Look Forward To Hearing From…
Amy Bogner
Amy is a brown-eyed, freckled, college student with years of experience washing dishes, making beds, and annoying the family playing REALLY loud music on the piano. Her hobbies are: collecting clothes she will never wear, singing whatever song pops into her head and hoping to hear from the numerous pen-pals she never writes but is always going to “one of these days.” Most of all, Amy’s desire is to see young girls get to know Jesus and to thrive in the circumstances God has placed them in—no matter how tough they may seem. Her passion is to see these girls stay faithful to the calling and purpose God has for them through their teen years, and grow into passionate, unafraid, world-changing women of God!
Melanie Bogner
Melanie is a Jill-of-all-trades wanna-be, who specializes in children’s ministry, graphics, event coordination and whatever else God places in her path. She has been working regularly with girls since 2003, and enjoys the giggles and girl-times she has with her sisters and friends. Most of all, Melanie loves to see girls follow the Lord with all of their hearts, catch a vision for the amazing plan God has for their lives, and see the JOY that comes from loving Jesus!
Aaress Lawless
When she’s not working as a journalist covering professional tennis, Aaress enjoys spending her free time with some of her favorite people on earth—-girls! Her love for working with tweens began early, and deepened when she spent two amazing years as a counselor at a girl’s “farm” in the hills of Oklahoma. While there, Aaress learned valuable life lessons such as how to clean a fish with her eyes and nose closed, how to survive literal cabin fever when snowed in, and most importantly, how much God loves every girl more than anyone can ever imagine. It is her goal and passion in life to share God’s love and encourage others that average people are never ordinary when following an extraordinary Savior.
Sara Quinnett
Sara, the oldest of six children, is a woman who is seeking Christ’s best in her life. She likes finding new ways to serve the Lord in ministries and the people around her! As a photographer, Sara loves to enjoy life and capture her Savior’s wondrous glory in His creations! “Finally, brethren, whatsoever things are true, whatsoever things are honest, whatsoever things are just, whatsoever things are pure, whatsoever things are lovely, whatsoever things are of good report; if there be any virtue, and if there be any praise, think on these things.” Philippians 4:8
Sylvia Swetnam
Sylvia has a passion to see young women develop their relationship with Jesus and adopt God’s perspective and priorities for their lives. She is also a registered nurse working with new mothers and their babies. In her free time, she loves discipling girls, doing children’s ministry, singing, and organizing. Her favorite thing to do to relax on a day off is to curl up on the couch with one of her sisters, a good book, or a Frank Sinatra film.
